总园长：吴荷芬
本科学历，中学高级教师职称。曾任解放军国际关系学院幼儿园园长、中国福利会幼儿园园长、中国福利会宋庆龄儿童发展中心主任。2015年创办苏州工业园区宋庆龄国际幼儿园并担任园长。教育部幼儿园骨干教师国培项目专家库成员；幼儿园教师国考考官；上海市杨浦区挂牌责任督学。2002年被评为上海市劳动模范，2009年被评为上海市特级教师。
主持过多项上海市和国家级课题研究，在各类幼教刊物上发表文章几十篇，主编和出版了多本研究成果和书籍，如《幼儿园生存课程实践的研究》、《从小看世界》、《亲子益智游戏》、《变化的原点》、《幼儿园老师的孙子兵法》、《幼儿园教师的五项修炼》、《这样做，培训才有效》等专著，并参与多种教育类书籍的编写。获得上海市教育科学研究第六届、第七届、第九届、第十一届二等奖，第十届三等奖，并获得第二届“长三角地区”教育科研优秀论文二等奖。
Principal Wu Hefen, master degree, is titled as Middle school senior teacher. She used to be the principal of ISU Kindergarten, principal of China Welfare Kindergarten and director of the Development Center. In 2015, Song Ching Ling International Kindergarten was built in Suzhou industrial park and Wu Hefen served as the principal.As one of the members of the national training program for kindergarten teachers, Wu Hefen is entitled to be the examiner of National Kindergarten Teacher examination. She is also the school inspector of Yangpu District in Shanghai.In 2002, Wu Hefen was awarded as Shanghai model worker. And in 2009, she was entitled as special grade teacher in Shanghai.
Wu Hefen led many Shanghai and national research projects and published dozens of articles on various kinds of preschool education journals. She edited and published books like Subject Research on Kindergarten, See the World from a Kid, Puzzle Games, Origin of Change, Kindergarten Teachers’ ‘Art of War’, Five Steps to Cultivate Kindergarten Teachers, In This Way, Training Is Effective and so on. At the meantime, she participated in the edition of many kinds of education books. In 6th, 7th, 9th, 11th and 12th Shanghai Education Scientific Research, Wu He Fen was awarded the second prize and third prize for the 10th Research. In the 2nd “Yangtze River Delta” Excellent Education Research Papers competition, she was given the 2nd prize.

集合志同道合的幼教从业者，并创造一个最适宜幼儿教育的环境是非常重要的；在这里，您将感受到您和您的孩子都将是我们的一份子。每一个活动的设计旨在让孩子顺利接受各类学习机会，课堂上，带班老师会负责孩子的安全。

The education of children needs parents’ trust. Thank you for agreeing with our philosophy, “To develop Innovative Vigorous Youths”.
I have been engaged in preschool education work for more than 40 years. I believe that every child is unique in the world. They enjoy all the rights like to laugh, to cry, to sing, to dance, to explore, to be listened and so on. They should be given appreciation and enough support during this wonderful growing process.
It is of great importance to call like-minded preschool education practitioners together and to create a wonderful environment for children to grow up. Here, you and your child will feel that you are one of us. Every activity is designed for your child to enjoy studying. And during the class, teachers will take care of children’s safety.
As the students of IVY, they will take the initiative to learn, explore and solve problems. They will communicate with each other bilingually. They will be more strong minded to meet all the challenges. They will create wonderful art works. They will play the role of super heroes, pirates, doctors, explorers, princesses and so on. They will be themselves in a safe, friendly and encouraging environment.
We will celebrate their achievements, understand their failures and encourage them to try one more time.
Children’s education work makes people humble. Children will teach you how to see the world purely and friendly.
