Health and safety
学校安全和安保工作的目的是尽量减少安全隐患，防范校区针对人身与资产的犯罪行为。学生、教职员、家长和访客的安全是我们关注的重点。
The goal of security’s job is to lessen the potential safety hazard and protect from crimes against persons and assets. The safety of students, teachers, parents and visitors is what we focus on.
所有人员进入学校，都须通过学校的正门，且都必须经学校值班的保安人员许可。家长及访客都必须出示自己的进校许可证，否则需要填写访客登记，得到一张访客通行证后方能由正门进入。
All the persons who want to enter the school have to pass school’s front door and have to get the permission from the securities. Parents and visitors have to show their permissions. Otherwise, they should fill in the visitor registration and get a visitor permission to get into our school.
学校的值班保安人员将监控所有入校的访客。家长和访客请务必在学校范围内佩戴进校许可或访客通行证。未佩戴证件在校园游荡将被安全人员或教师邀请到保安室，如访客有合理原因将获得访客通行证。访客必须先到保安室，然后到前台等候，才会被引导去到相应的地点。家长和阿姨请勿在没有预约的情况下出现在校园或教室。无提前预约不得随意访问高级管理人员或教学人员。
All the visitors will be monitored. Parents and visitors should wear the permission in school. Otherwise securities will invite you to the security room. If your requisition is reasonable, then you can get permission. Visitors should go to the security room first and then wait at the reception. Next the visitor will be led to the target place. You are not allowed to be in the campus or to visit senior management team or teaching staffs without reservation.

Our security team is professional, stable and full-time.
● 保安人员每天巡园检查学校设施及装备。
Security staffs will daily check school facilities and equipments.
● 保安人员绩效直接与家长满意度挂钩。
Performance of security staffs is related with parents’ satisfaction.
● 家长必须配有印有本人照片的接送卡方能入园。
Parents can only enter the campus with their personal photos on their pick up cards.
不戴帽子，不玩耍
Don’t play without wearing a cap
我们鼓励学生在休息和午餐时间到室外玩耍。为了保护孩子免受紫外线辐射，学生需要戴帽子，最好是学校的帽子。
We encourage students play outdoors during the break and lunch time. In case of the ultraviolet radiation, students need to wear caps, IVY’s cap is even better.
空气污染
空气污染水平将取自环境监测中心。学校的回应将如下：
低 – 学校生活一切如常;
中 – 无室外体育课。休息和午餐时间像往常一样，可选择留在图书室;
高 – 室内体育课。休息时间均在室内，如同雨天。雨天值班制度适用。生习惯。
The air pollution level report will be taken from environment monitoring center. Our response will be like the follows:
Low – school life as normal
Medium – no outdoor PE classes. Break and lunch time will be as usual, students can choose to be in the library.
High – indoor PE classes. Students will have their break indoors as that of the rainy days. Stand-by system of the rainy days is also applicable.
紧急疏散程序
每个一个教室内都会有疏散地图和指引。我们将会有定期的演练，让学生、教师和行政人员熟悉紧急疏散程序。当警报声响起时，所有在校的家长和访客需遵守相同的规则，冷静、迅速地撤离，不要试图去孩子的教室，因为这样可能会严重妨碍老师疏散学生们。
Each classroom has one evacuation map and guidance. Regular drill will be organized to make students, teachers and executive staffs get familiar with the emergency evacuation procedure. When the alarm sounds, all the parents and visitors at school should obey the same rules, evacuating calmly and quickly. Don’t attempt to find your child in the classroom, because this action will prevent the teachers from helping students to evacuate.
