1 申请入读的第一步是参加“开放日”活动。活动中，家长们可以与园长、副园长见面，进一步了解上海常青藤幼儿园的教学理念，招生部老师将带领家长们参观幼儿园。
First step is to join our Open Day. During the activity, parents will meet our principal and vice principal and get to know IVY’s philosophy. Admission teachers will lead parents to visit our kindergarten.
2 “开放日”活动时，您将收到整套入学申请指导资料。“开放日”活动后，您可随时为孩子申请正在招生的学年及年级。家长如有报名意向，则需完整填写并提交报名表，缴纳人民币500元报名费，此报名费不可退，不可转让，仅在申请当个学年内有效。请注意提交报名表、缴纳报名费并不代表幼儿园一定会录取您的孩子，或者一定有学位。
You will receive a complete set of application guidance for "Open Day" activities. After "Open Day" activity, you can apply for the grade of the year. If you have intention, then parents need to complete and submit the application form and pay 500 Yuan, which shall not be refund and non-transferable and only effective in the year of your application. Please note that submitting the registration form and paying the fee does not mean that the kindergarten will accept your child, or must have a degree.
3 每年1月起开展下一学年的招生面谈（如您为孩子申请2017-18学年，此入学面谈将于2017年1月起进行）。从1月初开始，我们将联系并安排所有完成报名及缴纳报名费的家庭参加“了解你 ”的面谈环节。通过“了解你”面谈，我们将进一步了解申请入读的孩子及其家庭。对于申请大班的孩子，除了面谈环节之外，还须进行语言能力评估。
Interview begins from January of every year ( if you apply for year 2017-18, then the interview starts from January, 2017). From the beginning of January, we will contact and arrange for all the families who have completed the registration and paid the registration fee to attend the interview "know you". Through the "know you" interview, we will learn more about the children and families. In addition to the interview process, a language assessment is required for children applying for big class.
4 招生委员会将评估所有入学申请报告。家长将收到关于“申请结果”的通知邮件：予以录取、进入等候名单、或不予录取。 予以录取：为保留学位，家长须接受录取通知书的“条款与条件”，在15个工作日内缴纳预定学位费。 等候名单：幼儿园仅保留有限的等候名单，因此等候名上的孩子也有望入学。我们将通知进入等候名单的家庭；如有学位空缺，我们将联系等候名单上的家庭。所申请的学年结束时，对应的等候名单终止；家长需重新申请下一学年。 不予录取：家长收到邮件通知，申请流程结束。家长可继续申请下一学年。
The admissions office will review all admission reports. Parents will receive notification of "application results”: admission, waiting lists, or no admission.
Admission: in order to retain a degree, the parents must accept the "terms and conditions" of the admission notice and pay the subscription fee within 15 working days.
Waiting lists: there are limited seats for kindergarten, so children on the waiting list are expected to be enrolled in our kindergarten. We will inform the waiting list of families; If there is a degree vacancy, we will contact the family on the waiting list. At the end of the school year, the waiting list is terminated; Parents need to reapply for the next academic year.
No admission: parents receive E-mail notification and the application process is over. Parents can continue to apply for the next academic year.
